Schools and CSI



Our main Life Coaching Programme, Beyond Limitations for children aged 9-19 years old is currently conducted at disadvantaged schools in the Ebony Park and Ivory Park areas in Midrand. Phase two roll-out in the North West Province, Klerksdorp commenced in June 2011. The same programme has been promoted to various schools in and around the Midrand and Kempton Park areas. The aim of the programme is to coach children to discover their true selves. This approach assists them in overcoming limitations in their beliefs, helps them dream map and set goals, overcome prejudices, creates a positive mental attitude, have an independent and resilient approach to peer pressure, creates the “pay it forward” concept where the youth are better equipped to assist others including adults by taking on a more positive and meaningful approach to life.

Beyond Limitations is conducted as a four month or 16 week life changing programme in schools as an extra mural activity. It costs R100 per month in more affluent areas and sponsorships have allowed this programme to be available at R25 per month in less affluent areas. We have seen children grow and develop attitudes that will continue to enhance their mental and emotional stability.

Companies and Schools who have Corporate Social Investment budgets are encouraged to partner with us in the life changing programme- Beyond Limitations. Reports on children’s progress are made available. For larger companies to sponsor 100 learners costs R2500 per month and R10 000 in total. This includes 16 weeks of coaching, material and workbooks and a community project where the youth are encouraged to implement their life changing experience into the community where they live.
